I have been eyeing this book for awhile, and when Carrie Gelson shared it at nErdcampbham a couple of weeks ago, I finally broke down and ordered it. I spent some time soaking it all in this weekend, and still haven't seen and read everything. I love the illustrations, and it's a story of exploration and courage that I never get tired of. There is an awesome graphic novel about Shackleton too.
The top five books on my TBR pile are:
Inside Out and Back Again by Thanhha Lai
We Were Here by Matt de la Pena
Spirit's Key by Edith Cohn
Gone Crazy in Alabama by Rita Williams-Garcia
The Impossible Knife of Memory by Laurie Halse Anderson
Can't wait to see what others are reading! Have a great week.
